Since 2016, the trend of Video games is constantly in Rapid Increase. According to research video games can affect brain cell and can cause huge damage to other regions too. A Scientist has recently analyzed some data from 116 scientific studies, that how video games can be harmful to the brain.
The Study conducted resulted in a total of 22 of the reviewed studies explored structural changes in the brain and 100 studies reviewed the change in brain functionality and its Behavior.
The result indicated that playing video games changes our brain performance as well as affects its structure.
Researchers found In-Game addicts that, There are functional and Structural alteration in their Neural System. Feeling, pleasure, learning and motivation linked to the Neural system.
Researching on some video game addicts to game-related issues that cause craving, and monitoring their mental health responses, highlighted these changes.
Do Shooting games kill brain cells?
Playing violent video games can damage brain cells and can cause a risk of Alzheimer disease, experts said.
However, a study found that people who regularly play action games had few neurons in their hippocampus. (It’s a key memory centre in the brain).

1- Parent should end up adding certain time limits on playing games. And interact with them in their free time to distract them.
2- Keep smartphones and other gaming gadgets far from their visual, so they won’t play it.
3- Engage them in some activities such as outdoor games.
